Gibraltar Declares January 29 Public Holiday

The Government has announced that it would declare a one-off public holiday on Monday, January 29, 2007, to mark the approval of the New Constitution by the Privy Council, and its commencement on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2007.

The last one-off public holiday to be declared in Gibraltar was the Tercentenary Holiday (11-Sep-2003).
