The Minister of Planning, Organization and Management (Ministério do Planejamento, Orçamento e Gestão) has issued decree 740 giving a Carnaval ponto facultativo to all federal civil servants on Monday and Tuesday February 19 and 20, and on Wednesday the 21st, until 14:00.
