The Council of Ministers of French Polynesia has released the Arrêté n° 2009-2291/CM which officially declares the list of French Polynesian public holidays for the calendar year 2010.
The aforementioned decree (Fixant, au titre de l'année 2010, la liste des fêtes légales et des jours fériés applicables aux agents en fonctions dans les services et établissements publics de la Polynésie française was published in the Journal Official de la Polynésie Française (JOPF n° 52 du 24/12/2009) before the New Year, contrary to what happened in recent years (06-Feb-2009, 21-Mar-2008 and 22-Feb-2007).
