Slovenia's Prime Minister, Borut Pahor, will be the keynote speaker at tomorrow's fifth observance of the September 15 national holiday commemorating the reunification of the western Primorsko region with Slovenia.
There have been many calls to make this national holiday into a public holiday, since the inception of this national holiday (19-Feb-2005).
