The government of Mauritius has announced that the Shawwal Moon had been sighted earlier tonight and therefore that tomorrow, Friday, September 10, 2010, is confirmed as the date of the public holiday for the End of Ramadan.
The aforementioned announcement is in line with the list of the official public holidays dates for the calendar year 2010, approved by the Council of Ministers of Mauritius, last year (24-Jul-2009).
