The Secretary to Nigeria's State Government of Bayelsa, Chief Gideon Ekeuwei, has declared tomorrow, Friday, October 22, 2010, as a one-off state public holiday to honour President Jonathan, who is visiting the state that day.
A similar state public holiday was declared, earlier this month (08-Oct-2010), in the Plateau State.
