Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has announced that the date of the upcoming Deepavali public holiday had been confirmed as Friday, November 5, 2010.
The aforementioned Ministry of Manpower announcement which states that "there is no change to the Deepavali date this year and it remains on 5 November 2010, as previously announced", confirms the date that was announced last year (08-Jun-2009), after the government of Singapore had consulted with us in February 2009.
