Qatar's Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that the month of Dhul Hijjah had begun at sunset last night and. therefore, that the upcoming Eid Al Adha, and related public holidays, would be observed across the country based on the date of Sunday, November 6, 2011.
The Qatari government is yet to make an announcement of extended public holidays for Qatar's public service as it often does (03-Nov-2010).
