The government of San Cristóbal in Venezuela has announced that Friday, January 20, 2012, had been declared a regional non-working public holiday (día de júbilo no laborable para todos los entides públicos y privados) on account of the upcoming celebration of the feast of San Sebastián.
The declaration of regional public holidays is relatively common in Venezuela (30-Nov-2011 and 07-May-2011)
