Russia Observes Prosecutors' Day

Tomorrow, January 12, is the Prosecutor's Office Workers' Day, a tradition begun in 1772 when Czar Peter the Great created the Public Prosecutor's Office. Boris Eltsin then made this day the trade holiday for the coworkers of the public prosecutor's office.
