Guam's Acting Governor, Ray Tenorio, has signed a proclamation declaring another one-off non-working GovGuam public holiday on Monday, March 3, 2014, in observance of the "Guam History and Chamorro Heritage Day".
The aforementioned announcement of Monday, March 3, 2014, as a non-working GovGuam public holiday, is in addition to the official list of non-working public holidays in Guam for the calendar year 2014, as announced by the Guam government, earlier this year (2014-01-10).
