Kyrgyzstan's Prime Minister, Dzhoomart Otorbayev, has announced that Monday, July 28, 2014, would also be a non-working public holiday in Kyrgyzstan on account of upcoming annual non-working public holidays in Kyrgyzstan for the Orozo Ait (End of Ramadan).

The aforementioned announcement follows last Thursday's announcement (2014-07-24) by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic that Tuesday, July 29, 2014, would be the date of the upcoming annual non-working public holiday in Kyrgyzstan on account of the Orozo Ait (End of Ramadan), thus diverging from that the calendar of annual non-working public holiday in Kyrgyzstan which was announced for the calendar year 2014, late last year (2013-12-22), and then subsequently amended (2013-12-25).

As usual in such cases of additional one-off non-working public holidays in Kyrgyzstan (2013-12-25, 2013-04-28, 2011-04-25, 2011-02-28, 2010-10-07, 2010-08-25, 2010-02-15, 2009-12-11, 2008-12-19 and 2007-12-27), the additional non-working public holiday on Monday, July 28, 2014, will be compensated by Saturday, August 2, 2014, being declared as regular working day in Kyrgyzstan.
