Tonga's supervisor of elections, Pita Vuki, has ruled-out the declaration of a one-off non-working public holiday in Tonga on Thursday, November 27, 2014, on account of that day's legislative elections in Tonga.

The list of 2014 non-working public holidays in Tonga, in line with the "Public Holidays (Amendment) Act 2010" (Act No. 10 of 2010), was announced earlier this year (2014-01-02)
