The government of Iceland has released its annual official list of non-working public holidays and bank holidays in Iceland for the upcoming year 2017.

Contrary to past announcements (2012-11-25, 2011-12-04 and 2010-11-14), but in line with the past 3 years (2015-12-20, 2014-12-24 and 2013-12-11), the December 24 non-working public holiday in Iceland now seems to be a full day non-working public holiday.
