The governor of the Provincial Government of Luanda, Francisca do Espirito Santo, has declared a half-day regional public holiday for tomorrow afternoon, Monday, January 18, 2010, on the occasion of that day's CAN 2010 football game.
As per the text of the decree, the holiday will apply to the entire Luanda Province (em toda a extensão da cidade capital).
