The Indian State Governments of Punjab and West Bengal have declared a one-off public holiday for tomorrow, Monday, January 18, 2010, to mark the passing away of the former Chief Minister of West Bengal and C.P.M Leader, Jyoti Basu, who died in Kolkata earlier today.
