The government of Anguilla has released the official list of public holidays in Anguilla for the upcoming calendar year 2013.
Once again (07-Nov-2011, 10-Nov-2010, 04-Dec-2009, 04-Dec-2008 and 30-Nov-2007), the list of public holidays in Anguilla for the upcoming calendar year, released by the government of Anguilla, lists the December 19 public holiday as "National Heroes and Heroines Day" (previously, it was called "Separation Day").
The March 2nd birthday of James Ronald Webster is once again (07-Nov-2011 and 01-Mar-2010) listed as a full national public holiday (until 2010 it was only a school holiday). However, the aforementioned list includes a day in lieu public holiday for the James Ronald Webster Day public holiday, which is surprising considering the current public holidays legislation of Anguilla.
A definite error occurs in the aforementioned official list of public holidays in Anguilla for the upcoming calendar year 2013, for the Constitution Day public holiday.
We can therefore expect a revised list of 2013 public holidays in Anguilla, as happened for the past 2 consecutive years (26-Apr-2012 and 28-Feb-2011).
