The Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Sudan has announced that the date of the upcoming Mulid (Prophet's Birthday) would be observed as a non-working public holiday throughout Sudan on Sunday, February 5, 2012.
The aforementioned announcement is in line with last December's (27-Dec-2011) announcement of the list of official non-working national public holidays in the Republic of Sudan for the calendar year 2012.
